Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!

I didn’t feel I was listened to & I felt it was a waste of my time. I came in with bites on my legs and pain in my legs. All I left with was ace bandages on my legs & some hydrocortisone cream called into the pharmacy. I was not looking for drugs but I wanted some relief from the pain. That was worse treatment I received from an urgent care. I could’ve gotten better care at the hospital lesson learned. Very disappointing

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Just moved back to Philly. Had a bad fall. Went to ur Urgent Care. Was taken right away and treated right away. They were very thorough. Now that I live near u if anything happens, some sort of emergency, I would definitely go back!

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.
