Had a brief opportunity to get an appointment in for a quickly escalating tooth inflammation / possible infection.  Was able to rapidly book and appointment and get seen.   Was a great experience, from walking into the office, to being seen.  I am always happy to visit AFC West Chester when I need to.

The staff is wonderful - the Dr took his time to listen and was very helpful.

It was great the staff and was top tier. I will visit again.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.
