Used Citylife for a work physical. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly and just great!

The office very professional and clean. I wish they let you know on the weekend no X-ray. Because I could went straight to the Emergency Room  So that false information and on the website. I should not be charged double knowing they don’t do X-rays. And charging the insurance company me copay .

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I walked in without an appointment. Was seen right away. Very thorough with my dot physical. I had cash and not able to use my card and they accommodated me. Very friendly staff would return for my physicals in the future.

Couldn't see my PCP over the weekend and was able to get in and out in 40 mins. Practitioner was very nice and attentive. Gave me needed meds and instructions on taking. Staff was very friendly.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and worked to get my kids and I in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic because the staff provided great customer service.
