I managed a troublesome upper respiratory problem all week and finally decided on a Friday to be seen at AFC.  It was easy to schedule an appointment online and complete any necessary paperwork.  Checking in was simple and the front desk staff was great.  The medical associate was lovely, and understanding.  The PA Timothy was thorough, kind and helpful.

Dr Sophia was the best!!! I couldn’t have asked for better care. I wish all the doctors were like her!!!!!! Thank you so much.

Booked an appointment very easily at last minute on a Saturday afternoon. Check-in went very smoothly as I had completed paperwork prior to arriving at the facility. The staff were very welcoming.  The nurse was attentive to my medical situation and gave concern and attention to my symptoms and history.  The PA demonstrated expertise and care in treating me and followed up with clear and concise instructions for after care.  I highly recommend this facility and staff.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
