The scheduling process is time consuming only due to the fact that you need to input insurance information.    I was seen timely by the clinical assistant and the PA who were both professional and empathetic. The visit was 26 minutes total which is great when you are not feeling well

Was battling UTI pain and in and out with diagnosis and prescription.  It was a great experience.

This was THE BEST Urgent Care I have ever been to. I was driving past on my way to AFC Urgent care and noticed the building so I stopped in. Everything was great.

Physicians are very knowledgeable and caring. Post examination & paperwork was very thorough and explained all necessary steps for a good recovery. P.S. lots of parking! Highly recommended.

Had some lower leg pain & swelling and didn’t want to wait all day in the ER . The staff was very personable , professional, & a clean facility  . They restored my faith in urgent care and  I would  definitely recommend this office rto anyone !

I love the Cecil B. Moore Mydoc urgent care location so much I will always come to this location the service, the care and so much more is absolutely amazing, to me this location is the meaning of what healthcare should be for patients!

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
