I called plenty of times in the past the desk person was super kind and helpful not so today ….

Took a half hour to fill out forms as this was my first time so didn’t rate the wait time. First time at an urgent care facility so didn’t know what to expect. It was surprisingly very good. Excellent care  all around.

Great place Friendly staff.  Easy check in, not waiting time.

Booked an appointment very easily at last minute on a Saturday afternoon. Check-in went very smoothly as I had completed paperwork prior to arriving at the facility. The staff were very welcoming.  The nurse was attentive to my medical situation and gave concern and attention to my symptoms and history.  The PA demonstrated expertise and care in treating me and followed up with clear and concise instructions for after care.  I highly recommend this facility and staff.

I made an appointment. I did not have to wait any extra time. The staff was very friendly and very caring. They did a wonderful job and I was out with my concern, taken care within an hour

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

After doing the phone check in, I was the 2nd appt. Only waited a few minutes, got there early on purpose just in case. Got checked out pretty quick. Thanks

I had a UTI I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and get the antibiotic that I needed right away. It was so easy and quick. The staff was very good and efficient and friendly. I will definitely go back if I need anything else and would recommend it to anyone needing an appointment quickly.

Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!
