Our experience was awesome. Wait time was 5 mins. Staff was courteous and very friendly.

I was able to schedule online an appointment for during my lunch hour.  There was only a few minutes wait time, staff was very friendly, and doctor explained everything and prescribed needed medication.  I would highly recommend this urgent care facility.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

Couldn't see my PCP over the weekend and was able to get in and out in 40 mins. Practitioner was very nice and attentive. Gave me needed meds and instructions on taking. Staff was very friendly.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.
