Took ill a few days ago and kept getting worse. I was a walk-in, check-in was easy, and was seen immediately. Every person on staff was kind, explaining everything, listening to everything I had to say, offering testing before I suggested them. Very good experience considering how bad I was feeling.

I called plenty of times in the past the desk person was super kind and helpful not so today ….

Everyone I encountered was pleasant, informative, and caring. Wait time was minimal and the office was extremely clean.

Easy scheduling, super clean and pleasant staff. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I would love it if you had an air purifier in the waiting area. I just ordered one from Amazon. Not expensive but very effective. Many were coughing and sneezing today. Totally expected but could maybe be cancelled out w a purifier? Anyway, you all were great.

I made an appointment. I did not have to wait any extra time. The staff was very friendly and very caring. They did a wonderful job and I was out with my concern, taken care within an hour

GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. I would recommend.

AFC in Clementon, NJ is wonderful! I took my child there and the staff was amazing from the front desk to the doctor. The medical assistant was wonderful with my son and made him relax while he was there.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

The knowledge and care of staff were great. Very helpful and would definitely visit this location again if need be
