OMG! Kayla(MA) was the Best! Very friendly and helpful and professional and friendly and private! Instead of asking why I’m there in front of others she had me to write it down! And my insurance copayments were wrong! She took her time to call to help me! Thank God! ANGELA (CNP) came right in and identified the problem, prescribe my meds! And ask me to let her know how I was doing afterwards!!!! I have been in Medina county for 25 years and have NEVER BEEN Treated WITH SO MUCH RESPECT!!! I Thank God that I went there! Better than my primary care doctor! I will go here before I made an appointment with my own Doctor!!! Thank you ladies SO MUCH!!!!!!

This is the best urgent care I have been to. Unfortunately urgent cares are usually notorious for subpar healthcare, long wait times, and rude, unfriendly staff. I have been here a few times as a patient and brought my children in when we have had emergencies or on the weekends when we couldn’t get in with our normal doctors. This is the friendliest and most helpful staff.

I would like to send a huge thank you to Jen! This wonderful lady spent over an hour and a half trying to relieve my ear pain due to a terrible wax issue!!!! She was so professional and determined! Two Great Doctors!! Wait times were short and doctors actually care. Doctor Jack was great he's an enthusiastic doctor that will actually care for you. Would highly recommend this urgent care. WILL BE BACK!!
