Typically I have a great experience at this location and the staff are exceptional just as they were tonight EXCEPT for the nurse practitioner, Vanetta Scandrick, APRN. Her bedside manners are simply horrible! She was very condescending and rude. I understood her reasoning behind the need to wait until my results come back before prescribing medication but her questioning me and delivery behind why she wasn’t going to prescribe me any medication were unacceptable. She needs to learn that it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. I knew the minute she walked in and introduced herself that she had poor bedside manners. I tried to endure her rudeness and stay calm but ultimately got up and left. No one deserves to be treated in the manner that she treated me tonight. She was rude, rude, rude and in my opinion, in the wrong profession. On the other hand, the receptionist and Peggy were exceptional and kind. Vanetta, not at all!!!!

I was able to do a walk in after work. I’m a bit upset on the invoice what they sent will not work for flex spending so I have to go back. They emailed me it’s not correct.

This is the best urgent care I have been to. My son was sick & was seen quickly by a very nice doctor. The nurse was also caring & helpful.

The two young ladies who were there when we went are Outstanding. Super helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Was worried about testing for Covid virus. Ease of making appointment, office environment, personnel and quickness of receiving test results were wonderful!! Thanks!!
