Hometown was super clean and inviting. The staff was very kind and cool and made me feel at home. The nurse and Doctor who saw me were so kind. I hurt my arm and they did a super low cost in-house x-ray and took care of the sprain in office. Then called to follow up a few days later to see how I was feeling. I was really impressed with how caring they were. I don't have a PCP and will definitely be going back. I saved so much money compared to the ER.

I was so happy to see that testing was happening in a location that I pass every day. With easy-to-adhere-to safety precautions in place, like remaining in your car to fill out the intake form and then waiting for your turn to be seen, this was a breezy testing venture. Staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse was very good-natured over the phone and in person and answered all my questions. The place is very clean with all the safety measures in place. The doctor was super nice, made me feel heard, listened to my concerns, and was so skilled at administering the nasal swab. Zip zop zoop. A little discomfort for maybe 3 seconds. Just like he described -- it's like when you're swimming and you get salt water up your nose. The exact same feeling. No big deal. I was so sorry I had been so scared of this test and reluctant to get it. This was my first visit and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you. The front desk and the assistant was friendly, kind. Andrea was who saw us. She was fast, we were and out in a timely manner. We did not feel rushed but she made sure even being busy to see us and assist us with our medical concern. I will continue to return in the future and recommend to family and friends.
