The staff was polite, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was much cheaper than going to the ER or another urgent care facility.

Very nice staff. Very nice PA. Great care diagnosis and explanation. No wait time. I dont know why the over all rating is so low.

Hometown was super clean and inviting. The staff was very kind and cool and made me feel at home. The nurse and Doctor who saw me were so kind. I hurt my arm and they did a super low cost in-house x-ray and took care of the sprain in office. Then called to follow up a few days later to see how I was feeling. I was really impressed with how caring they were. I don't have a PCP and will definitely be going back. I saved so much money compared to the ER.

The front desk and the assistant was friendly, kind. Andrea was who saw us. She was fast, we were and out in a timely manner. We did not feel rushed but she made sure even being busy to see us and assist us with our medical concern. I will continue to return in the future and recommend to family and friends.
