Great experience start to finish!

I was visiting from out of town and needed immediate care. The staff was very friendly and through their care within 2 days I was starting to feel much better.

As a former public school teacher who caught every illness the students brought my way, this was a good alternative when my own family doctor was unavailable and closer to my home.

I took my daughter there last month they were very fast and prompt and very friendly to my daughter they have very good bedside manners I would recommend them to anyone

I've been there twice and was treated promptly, precisely and professionally. The NP's actually cared about what was going on w/ me medically and listened to what I had to say. I will return to the Kroger Little Clinic location when necessary.

Typically I have a great experience at this location and the staff are exceptional just as they were tonight EXCEPT for the nurse practitioner, Vanetta Scandrick, APRN. Her bedside manners are simply horrible! She was very condescending and rude. I understood her reasoning behind the need to wait until my results come back before prescribing medication but her questioning me and delivery behind why she wasn’t going to prescribe me any medication were unacceptable. She needs to learn that it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. I knew the minute she walked in and introduced herself that she had poor bedside manners. I tried to endure her rudeness and stay calm but ultimately got up and left. No one deserves to be treated in the manner that she treated me tonight. She was rude, rude, rude and in my opinion, in the wrong profession. On the other hand, the receptionist and Peggy were exceptional and kind. Vanetta, not at all!!!!
