I and my husband went to ParCare of Boro Park for a COVID vaccination. We found the staff ,from the clerks at the front desk to the office manager to PA Jaffe, very efficient and friendly. I only regret that I don’t remember the names of all those who treated us very professionally Our son, who lives in Flatbush, also used ParCare of Boro Park recently and told us that he was treated excellently Thank you Andrea Weiss

They are true professionals from the moment you enter the building, from the security officer, initial screening / scheduling officer, second scheduling / screening officer and finally the clinician who performs the test. I was so pleased and impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the team and facility that I asked to speak with the manager (Fatima) to provide positive feedback in person and am delighted to be able to provide additional written feedback here. The pharmacist who administers the test and also the vaccine is wonderful! The wait time is minimal and the result of the test comes in one day. Everything was smooth and efficient.
