The issue arose when we realized our normal pharmacy was closed due to holiday and asked them to move the prescription to another open pharmacy. I gave them all the information, but it took 3 calls and 1 hr to move the prescription. The move took longer than the visit. I miss the days of the prescription pad and the slip I could take anywhere.
