I waited almost 2 hours just to get a prescription

I made an appointment and was seen on time. The staff was friendly especially the person who tested me. This was my second time at Chai and both times were so easy’! I received my test results from the pace the very next day.

I was a walk in and my wait time was less than an hr. The staff was incredibly friendly from the front desk to the nurse and doctor very caring staff.

I was able to get my daughter in by booking online as soon as the school called me. They were kind and thorough, I just wish there was a way for them to follow upnif needed.

I was referred over to this location by a friend and I'm so happy I went. My regular office was jam packed and couldn't fit me in. I was happy to walk in and see empty chairs and fill out all the paperwork with ease. Staff was awesome ! Doctor great!

Asisa is my first choice of urgent care!! Dr. Kessin is a caring and patient doctor. The wait time is very short and everything is clean and nice. Thank you!!

10/10. Quick efficient service professional doctors and staff in and out which is exactly what I wanted. If only I could make these doctors my PCP.
