They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Went here twice and great experiences both times. The staff is nice and friendly, everything looks nice and clean, and I was attended quickly.

Urgent Care on Ridgedale was very good able to get chest xray read by a radiologist and antibiotics proscribed . Dr on call could not have been nicer or more  thorough . Thank you .

The woman at the front desk was rude, when asked a question about the cost of the visit she replied “I work 2 jobs, I don’t know, hold on”. They didn’t read my paperwork fully on why I was there and what I needed, so after I paid they said if I needed another thing too, that would be more money. Refused to fill out my paperwork fully. Then refused to give it back to me if I isn’t return there for extra testing (which I made clear I was going somewhere else-cheaper-for it). I have never had an issue here until this new staff.

PA that took care of me did a marvelous job and so did the young lady that took the x-rays and so did the young lady at the front desk? I have no complaints. God bless them and they get a 20 from me.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Follow up from last week. Cold symptoms. Became sinus infection. Dr Wolfson is the best. Her and the complete staff is the best. Outstanding customer care across the board.

Wait time of an hour and half when there were only 2 people in the waiting room when I arrived.
