Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Had pink eyes this morning and went to Modern MD Urgent care. Within 20 minutes I was finished. Each staff was professional and easy going with their job. I just want to thank everyone for their service.

I went in for 4 lacerations caused by mandolin slicer. I was seen quickly and sutured with care and compassion. I was also allowed to wait until my ride share arrived although the visit was over. Grateful to staff for professionalism and kindness.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Sunday evening developed a sore throat & a runny nose, thought it was allergies. Wednesday came took my temperature it was 102, awhile later I took it again it was 103 at time I decide to go to my nearest Urgent Care. Got there every one I met was so polite. Met with Alexa Klapach, PA the results were I had Strep Throat sure glad it wasn't Covid again. I was so satisfied with service & Care I would recommend American Family Care to family & friends. .

Walked in and explained my medical concern. They where very friendly and quickly texted a check in list to my phone. I completed the check in and 15 or so minutes later I was called in for my preliminary assessment. A short time later the practitioner came in to see me. The whole process was quick and efficient.

Went to urgent care, because I had a sore in my nose which was red and swollen and very painful. I went to urgent care, the staff was great, I didn’t have to wait long, the Dr came in she stood at the door way, glanced at my nose, didn’t even look inside and said u have a infection, she spent 30 seconds with me and stood in the doorway, wrote a prescription and left. I will never go back to that center or recommend anyone. I worked at Sloane Kettering for forty two years, I am totally aware how a dr should present herself, she didn’t introduce herself or entered the room and closed the door. No way to present your self to a patient.
