I’ve been going to this facility for years. Dr S the best ever. He keeps me on track health wise. Always remembers what I need. Reminds me what I should be careful of. I’m very thankful to him.

I went on Friday, October 19, 2021 to do the SARS-COV-2 PCR/SWAB (COVID-19) STANDARD test. I also brought my wife on September 16, 2021 because she had back, neck and shoulders pain due to a body massage she received on Central Park Avenue. The waiting time was short, the doctors were good, and the staff treated us well. I live in the Bronx, and I go there most of the times for urgent care service. I, José Santos, a NYC public high schools Spanish teacher and patient of Montefiore Hospital highly recommend Montefiore Medical Urgent Care Cross County at 1010 Central Park Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10704.

I never had a problem there. Everyone was always nice to us. I went there once near midnight, they stayed there an hour extra to help me and called me the next day to see how I was. I had surgery with through them , smooth as silk. I never waited long, anyone I ever saw, I would highly reccomend.

Bravo to the Bloomfield office! The staff at this facility was spot for friendliness. Dr. Procaccini spent time to diagnosis my situation-He made me feel that I was his only patient. What a comfortable and confident feeling for a patient. A feeling all offices should exude. It is not only the physical that needs nurturing, but the mind and spirit-when one is ill. I must say that in a time of chaos (COVID) the staff was so friendly, patient and professional. The wait time is very minimal for walk-ins and almost non-existent if you have an appointment. My appointment was at 10:00 am for my two son’s and by 11:20am we were home with results. The cleanliness of the office was superb. I highly recommend this place 5 stars!
