Easy Checking In, Friendly Staff, little to no waiting time. Love the apps too, you can see how many is ahead of you aka “waitlist” love the experience. Definitely will come again when there’s urgent care needed.

Wonderful The front desk overworked but still excellent in everway.

Urgent Care on Ridgedale was very good able to get chest xray read by a radiologist and antibiotics proscribed . Dr on call could not have been nicer or more  thorough . Thank you .

Everything went smooth and easy, doc was clear and gentle, nurses were kind and friendly. All with the max of professionalism. I really recommend this urgent care!

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

I woke up with almost losing my vision and i have the worst headache and nothing was done to ease my pain everytime i go here i see nurse practitioner not the doctor i feel like i paid for nothing i didnt get relieve at all

Made an appointment and was in and out in an hour. Scheduling was easy, especially since we’ve been there before. Doctors listen and don’t do any unnecessary tests. Glad it was so easy. The hardest thing is finding the place and parking, but the people there are great

Made an appointment that the office said you can not make online.  Showed them my scheduled appointment and was told that’s solv. & solv. means nothing. Also, I am a previous patient but yet told I still had to register and sign a consent for care. If all that is needed is consent it should be a firm that I can sign and the front desk can scan into the system. I did not feel well and it was the last thing I wanted to do!!  However they were kind & caring
