I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

Has a serious sinus headache. Very happy with the care. Started on antibiotics. Will be better soon. Thank you so much❤️

Promptly checked us in and  took us inside. Competent, caring and helpful. would not hesitate to return there if needed in the future.. I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. They showed that they cared. They answered all questions rhat I had. They were all very friendly.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Walkin and was seen and examined staff accomodating  Np Kim Javier excellent and was totally impressed the excellent service

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

Urgent Care on Ridgedale was very good able to get chest xray read by a radiologist and antibiotics proscribed . Dr on call could not have been nicer or more  thorough . Thank you .

All staff except for the provider were exceptional. Provider kept going on about his 55 years of experience therefore he knew better. But outside of what it must be, he could not offer any helpful advice or guidance or answer any of my other questions to save his life. I thought AFC was supposed to be about customer satisfaction… bedside manner left much to be desired here.

I walked in and the place was spotless Well tended and defined roles and responsibilities of each of the staff They were detailed and helpful in every step of my visit in the care and process of even my prescriptions Highly recommend
