Staff is courteous and caring.

Had a follow-up appointment with regards to my previous UTI. Provider was good. My only complaint was that bathroom was dirty. Toilet needed to be cleaned and paper on floor. Doctors offices/bathrooms in past were always spotless.

They are awesome. Fast, friendly, most importantly they listen to your concerns and what you tell them is going on and then check you out and you‘re done.  I would go again. ❤️

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

The efficiency and courtesy started the visit perfectly. There was no lengthy wait time from check-in to triage to exam the care was perfect. I definitely recommend them above Primary Care Providers and Emergency Room Providers! They make you feel healed just from the care and kindness they provide!

The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

This is by far one of the best hospital experience I’ve had in this country ,  Great job guys

Honestly I was underimpressed with the service - my doctor was virtual and it felt like there was less care given. I also had no idea the doctor wasn’t on premise a heads up would have been nice - why did I pay 200 for a virtual visit. Disappointing

front desk reception was friendly. did a great job. Nurse practitioner Livingston was nice and helped me with my concern.

Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. The staff was so kind and the physician was extremely thorough and reassuring, laid out next steps. Great experience, was easier than a sick appointment at the pediatricians!
