My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

I was a walk in so scheduling didn’tmatter check in was easy. Staff and the care was phenomenal.

Except for the FREEZING 🥶 TEMPERATURE of the entire place, the people & provider were great. The wait was pretty long too… but I understand there was only one provider that day even though there was only 2 people before me.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Dr Marshall is amazing! Would recommend him to everyone I know.

It took over an hour and a 1/2 to get seen by a Doctor after completing all the paperwork I think it would benefit you to hook with MyChart for most of your patients it's a long process coming in to your walking

Manager was very helpful, kind, attentive and very compassionate. This was the safest I’ve ever felt at any facility. If I’m in need of anything this will be the DOCS I will always go to and will definitely refer to others
