Came in for stitches in leg and was bleeding pretty bad. They made time to see me quickly and the provider was excellent. She explained the procedure and was awesome at stitching without pain and describing after-care. Home run today at this location.

All the staff was ery attentive and efficient. I was in and out on a Holiday!

Walked in. I was taken care of right away. Easy start. Nurse assistant came in quickly to check vitals. PA arrived quickly. She was excellent: Professional and concerned. Gave very good explanations. Her name was Victoria.

This isn't my first visit to this establishment, and I keep returning because of their outstanding policies and the exceptional quality of care. The doctor who attended to me demonstrated an impeccable bedside manner and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment, making me feel completely at ease. Had a backache and my urine was cloudy so I went turns out I had a uti infection they gave me antibiotics visit was good pa was very nice.

The staff was friendly and pleasant. The young lady that took my information and vitals was quick.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Had a sore throat the night before and walked in and was seen within 15 minutes! Check in staff was friendly and very helpful! The nurse checking vitals was great and very effecient!! The doctor was very professional and caring!! This was my second visit to this location and I would highly recommend this provider! Overall a great experience!!
