Every time I go the staff are responsive understanding and efficient. I have zero complaints and they were responsible for diagnosing a long time health concern when no one could. I highly encourage a visit a fresh pair of eyes at DocS day 2 feeling so much better in one day Thank you I wasn’t function able and now back on track

I did not schedule appointment walked in waited almost 2 hours, woman at desk was so sweet, Dr was awesome

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
