Made an appointment and was in and out in an hour. Scheduling was easy, especially since we’ve been there before. Doctors listen and don’t do any unnecessary tests. Glad it was so easy. The hardest thing is finding the place and parking, but the people there are great

Made an appointment that the office said you can not make online.  Showed them my scheduled appointment and was told that’s solv. & solv. means nothing. Also, I am a previous patient but yet told I still had to register and sign a consent for care. If all that is needed is consent it should be a firm that I can sign and the front desk can scan into the system. I did not feel well and it was the last thing I wanted to do!!  However they were kind & caring

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

My care provider was immaculate she was very professional and gentle and made sure I was good for the time I was there up until I was leaving

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

I was able to walk in without any delay and was immediately assisted. The service was efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and excellent customer care made the experience both pleasant and stress-free.
