The facility is good, I do have an issue with their billing department. No one answers phone or emails

This was my first visit and staff were very professional and courteous. The wait time in my opinion as a first time patient was minimal. I was greeted immediately upon entering and was attended to right away.

Staff is very friendly also Doctors are very caring and professional.

Sylwia and Roxanne are wonderful. These ladies are so nice and professional and really assisted my husband when he cut his hand and needed stitches recently. Roxanne made sure all paperwork was handle in a prompt manner and Sylwia was so patient in dealing with my husband's 10000 questions and concerns. The PA who treated him was very professional the stitches came out wonderful with minimal scarring. We would recommend the staff of Centers Urgent Care to everyone.

Everything about this place but mainly the staff is what makes this place great. I was taken aback at how great of service I received. The staff were friendly professional prompt and timely. If you could give them a raise or some type of merit bonus you should because this type of service in this neighborhood is very rare.

The provider and staff are friendly, clean facility.
