I had a small accident and cut my finger.   I don’t know her name but the NP that took care of me was incredible.  She showed genuine concern and provided excellent care.   She is a perfect example of how everyone should conduct themselves with patients.  This makes a world of difference when someone is hurt or sick.  I will 100% continue to use this urgent care.   Thank you

Walked in. I was taken care of right away. Easy start. Nurse assistant came in quickly to check vitals. PA arrived quickly. She was excellent: Professional and concerned. Gave very good explanations. Her name was Victoria.

Came in for stitches in leg and was bleeding pretty bad. They made time to see me quickly and the provider was excellent. She explained the procedure and was awesome at stitching without pain and describing after-care. Home run today at this location.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
