This is definitely one of my best experiences in an urgent care! Staff was very friendly and quality of care was great 👍🏿

This was my first visit and staff were very professional and courteous. The wait time in my opinion as a first time patient was minimal. I was greeted immediately upon entering and was attended to right away.

My experience was fast, friendly and very attentive from staff! The provider was very informative of what he was doing. And also asked questions before he began.

I happened into this location near Times Square (42nd and 9th Street I believe), desperately in need of a last minute Covid Antigen test after finding no locations anywhere for 1.5 hours with my 10-year old. Thankfully, we found this location and the staff were beyond helpful and kind! Shout out to Patricia at the front desk and the Manager at this location, (unfortunately I didn’t get his name). Everyone was seriously great and super helpful and friendly, they literally saved the day for us.

Everything was perfect, the young woman that was working this day was by herself and did an asking job!
