Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

I walked in without appointment for Urgent Care. Office staff, Brittany, was professional and helpful.  The other office person, a male, also professional. The PA examined me, asked questions, gave diagnoses , explanation, treatment plan . I thank you for a positive medical experience.

Had a backache and my urine was cloudy so I went turns out I had a uti infection they gave me antibiotics visit was good pa was very nice.

Had an infected eye. The Dr. was able to diagnose it and order eye drops and I was cured in 5 days. Great experience !

Always a great experience at this urgent care. The staff is consistently kind, friendly, and attentive. I’m always seen quickly with little to no wait time. They truly listen to my concerns, provide clear explanations, and offer effective treatment plans. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the quality of care consistently exceeds my expectations — not just for me, but for my entire family.

The staff was terrific and so nice. This was our first time and were so impressed with the office, the nurse and doctor. If needed again we will certainly use them.

This DOCS location saved me from having to wait for days for an appointment elsewhere. I was quickly diagnosed with strep, prescribed an antibiotic and I’m now on the road to recovery.  Fantastic!!  One suggestion- the chairs in the waiting room should be cleaned. I didn’t even want to sit in them!

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.
