The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. They showed that they cared. They answered all questions rhat I had. They were all very friendly.

I was able to walk in without any delay and was immediately assisted. The service was efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and excellent customer care made the experience both pleasant and stress-free.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

Had to wait too long and dismissed as virus and suffering sinus infection no medication prescribed.  Wastes over an hour and half.

I’ve been coming to the same urgent care for years and they’re always a great help however, I was told that my information is not in the system so I had to fill out paperwork like I was brand new. I just hope that you guys didn’t get hacked.

All staff except for the provider were exceptional. Provider kept going on about his 55 years of experience therefore he knew better. But outside of what it must be, he could not offer any helpful advice or guidance or answer any of my other questions to save his life. I thought AFC was supposed to be about customer satisfaction… bedside manner left much to be desired here.

I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

I had an emergency due to Allergies the staff was very fast to assist me due to my health. I would like to thank the staff for helping me as well the care they provide. Ones again Thank You

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Tenía molestia en la garganta, oído y tos fui a AFC URGEN CARE Me atendieron muy pronto y con mucha amabilidad.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Check in was easy and service was quick but thorough. No complaints, TY
