They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

I've gone to other "urgent care" facility' and did not realize how lacking they were until I went to AFC. I feel I received the comprehensive care that was necessary for my ailment at the time. Fast, complete and courteous service. I am impressed and will recommend this facility to friends and family.

It took over an hour and a 1/2 to get seen by a Doctor after completing all the paperwork I think it would benefit you to hook with MyChart for most of your patients it's a long process coming in to your walking

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

For someone who was already having a bad day, I walked in there and the ladies in the front were such good souls that I couldn’t even be mad anymore. Very nice and clean location. Friendly and efficient service. Good job hiring manager and staff.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

I came in without an appointment and was seen with in 15 min.  I’ve been hear before and have always had a good experience.  Staff is friendly and helpful and the doctor is thorough and engaging.  So helpful.
