I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes. So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them? I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour. The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me. Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

The entire experience was excellent and the kind of service that I am accustomed to receiving from summit health! I was able to make an appointment and reschedule! A young man checked us in and the young lady also working were both kind, friendly and patient. Leslie the nurse had a great disposition and made my son feel very comfortable. She had a great disposition and knowledgeable. Carly Zingon NP was very thorough and really took the tilme to gather information and understand my sons symptoms. And because the radiology dept. was closed she sent up to New Rochelle and made sure they were expecting us! The staff there were efficient and excellent as well, including the radiology dept. Before we arrived home Carly called us snd took the time to provide the results, guidance, support and advice!
