Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

The staff was friendly and there was little wait time for my appointment!

Making an appointment was very quick and easy. The wait between the nurse checking me into the room and taking my vitals was great . However then I had to wait for the nurse to come back so I could listen to a doctor on a tablet telling me about all the shots I should be getting . Then wait again much longer got the PA . She was absolutely fantastic . I was the only patience there so I thought I would be in and out . The staff could not have been more helpful getting my script ordered .

I have suddenly swear pain in my left leg. I rush to Urgent care without any Appointment. After reaching there I was surprises with the supportive attitude of the care team. I received total within no time. That's really amazing experience for me. I am really thankful to Urgent care for all this.

Came in to the office for a bad cough. Dr. Unger took extremely good care of me and made sure all my needs were met. I appreciate the care, professionalism and dedication to making the patients feel comfortable and safe. Great office and staff.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. The staff was so kind and the physician was extremely thorough and reassuring, laid out next steps. Great experience, was easier than a sick appointment at the pediatricians!

Very good doctor excellent.

My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!
