Great staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hardly waited to be seen.

We had to go back for a follow up for my daughter on Easter Day, From the check in lady at front desk, to the floor manager and the dr on call, all were superb. Very friendly, professional and actually took time to listen and speak with us did not feel rushed, would def go back if / when needed

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Good experience, nothing more to say.

City MD in Watchung diagnosed and treated a rash on my arm. The staff was friendly and helpful with the sign in. Dr.Sanchez was awesome. He is calm and caring and explains things well. I had an rxcellent experience at City MD.

In a word EASY! I made the appointment online. I was taken right away. The staff were friendly & professional. The facility was immaculately clean. My check in was also easy. Since I had visited previously all my information was available. I would highly recommend this urgent care
