Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Went in because I had debris stuck in my eye and a possible scratched cornea, the staff was very helpful in trying to help me and keep me comfortable, when they realized the equipment wasn’t available at the location I was in, they were kind enough to help me schedule an appointment at a different location.
