The service was great since I couldn’t make it to my appointment the doctor make time to call me and get me all the help I needed, is very important for me because she really care for my health, thank you very much.

I had booked an appointment they took the walk in first, Fia who came in to take my blood pressure was very polite and helpful. The nurse practitioner seemed to be in a rush and didn’t want to hear what I said to say. I asked for the breathing treatment which I always get for my asthma and she told me I’m able to breathe so she didn’t think it was necessary. Not very happy

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
