I happened into this location near Times Square (42nd and 9th Street I believe), desperately in need of a last minute Covid Antigen test after finding no locations anywhere for 1.5 hours with my 10-year old. Thankfully, we found this location and the staff were beyond helpful and kind! Shout out to Patricia at the front desk and the Manager at this location, (unfortunately I didn’t get his name). Everyone was seriously great and super helpful and friendly, they literally saved the day for us.

Usually do like service, but today not so much.. the doc basically told us our  padiatric primary doc instead of going into pm…strange

Staff is very friendly also Doctors are very caring and professional.

Very pleasant atmosphere... and I like the music they play there. It is spacious and modern, very clean. I went for a covid rapid test. It was a breeze as the technician in no way tried to poke my eyes out, through my nose, during the test. They allow only a certain number of people in to comply with social distancing. As a seat opens, you may enter. A very positive experience.

I was very pleased with the care from Elizabeth. She was careful, thorough, gave me a prescription and follow-up information. I walked in, no wait time and was very pleased. I would use again if needed.
