I had a very good experience. I want to thank everyone at PhysicianOne for their highly professional care and treatment of me.

First time visitor with new insurance carrier. No paperwork needed to complete when I arrived for my appointment because I complete it online before arriving, which was nice. Staff was courteous and friendly to talk to. Physician understood my condition and prescribed the meds I needed for recovery. Overall the whole encounter took less than hour.

I scheduled online for a specific type of appointment.  When I went in, I was told that type of appointment can only be done at specific times. There was no indication on the online scheduling platform. While the receptionist was not rude she was not helpful.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

Great follow up visit, I would recommend  as a primary care doctor.  The staff is great and make the process to easy.

They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
