I never had a problem there. Everyone was always nice to us. I went there once near midnight, they stayed there an hour extra to help me and called me the next day to see how I was. I had surgery with through them , smooth as silk. I never waited long, anyone I ever saw, I would highly reccomend.

Emily and the entire staff at EmUrgentCare in Saugerties helped turn our nightmare of a day into one with a lighthearted ending. When my fiancé was badly bitten by a dog and needed 12 stitches in his chin, Emily was confident, kept us calm and stayed 1.5 hours past closing time to make sure we were taken care of. The staff here truly embody what it means to be in health care and put us all at ease on a very stressful day.

I waited 10 minutes for my appointment, which didn’t seem bad. The place was clean, the staff were all really friendly, and the doctor was great. I recommend this office.
