Sylwia and Roxanne are wonderful. These ladies are so nice and professional and really assisted my husband when he cut his hand and needed stitches recently. Roxanne made sure all paperwork was handle in a prompt manner and Sylwia was so patient in dealing with my husband's 10000 questions and concerns. The PA who treated him was very professional the stitches came out wonderful with minimal scarring. We would recommend the staff of Centers Urgent Care to everyone.

I brought my daughter in because she hurt her finger playing basketball. Our insurance card said we weren’t covered. After trying to reach the insurance company we left. I get a phone call saying they will see us regardless. I have never had anyone do something like that. It was unbelievable. Thank you NOEL, LOI, and DELORES for taking care of us. I happened into this location near Times Square (42nd and 9th Street I believe), desperately in need of a last minute Covid Antigen test after finding no locations anywhere for 1.5 hours with my 10-year old. Thankfully, we found this location and the staff were beyond helpful and kind! Shout out to Patricia at the front desk and the Manager at this location, (unfortunately I didn’t get his name). Everyone was seriously great and super helpful and friendly, they literally saved the day for us.
