Went to urgent care, because I had a sore in my nose which was red and swollen and very painful. I went to urgent care, the staff was great, I didn’t have to wait long, the Dr came in she stood at the door way, glanced at my nose, didn’t even look inside and said u have a infection, she spent 30 seconds with me and stood in the doorway, wrote a prescription and left. I will never go back to that center or recommend anyone. I worked at Sloane Kettering for forty two years, I am totally aware how a dr should present herself, she didn’t introduce herself or entered the room and closed the door. No way to present your self to a patient.

I had to get my ear irrigated. The doctor was super helpful in getting this done for me. He is very nice and easy to talk to. The secretary is also very helpful and patient. I always have a good experience coming here and leave the office feeling better than when I came in.

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Staff was amazing, incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. Time in office was minimal, was taken very good care of

Notice a mark that looked like a tick bite to me. The spot was examined and the PA consulted with other staff. It appeared more like fungus so a cream was prescribed but I also got a one dose antibiotic just in case it was a tick. I was relieved and agreed to a medical regimen
