Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

Dr Saffron is a Gem!!! He was very thorough and caring. The technician was also nice. The check in was easy and the front desk was pleasant.

The experience was okay except i paid out of pocket $250 for the visit and the out of pocket for the wrong meds, just to still have a huge issue due to being misdiagnosed. terrible

Woke up not feeling well. Easily scheduled an appointment. Staff was very nice and attentive and Dr Michelle was great

Needed a DOT physical quickly. Scheduled one via the website before the office opened. I was met by friendly staff,and as soon as I was done with the paperwork, I was taken back. Staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Dr Narshall was hus usual cheerful self. The entire process was easy and pleasant.

This DOCS location saved me from having to wait for days for an appointment elsewhere. I was quickly diagnosed with strep, prescribed an antibiotic and I’m now on the road to recovery.  Fantastic!!  One suggestion- the chairs in the waiting room should be cleaned. I didn’t even want to sit in them!

The nurses that greeted me were wonderful. They did their jobs and were very nice and helpful. I was seen by the Dr via video. I felt I was treated nicely and got my issues heard. She was attentive and helped me out with medication

We walked in so it was a simple process. The office was clean and tidy. The check process is where it went wrong. The lady at the desk was very unprofessional and rude. No greeting, smile, customer service training. Her appearance was sloppy as if she didn't care she was coming to work. She had her ear buds in while assisting people. You had to either assume what to do, or from prior visits knowledge, because no instruction was provided. She looked miserable. The only time she was nice was when the delivery guy brought her food, that she ate at the desk. She makes it's very clear that she doesn't care for her job. She makes you feel bad for making her work. As if she's used to just sitting there and intimidating everyone from wanting to come in for assistance. The MA that assisted the doctor was amazing. DR. Was amazing. This would be a wonderful place if there was better staff.

First time at urgent care, staff was very nice n quick helpful. Doctor was kind n understood  issues. N arranging test quick. Good place to go to. The care was very good too.
