Made the appointment...showed up and no one was there. Tried to call the local number but it was disconnected...there was no answer on the general number. Eventually a nurse showed up and explained that there were no physicians in the office....and the visit would be virtual...I was never told this when I made the appointment....this experience wasn't great. The Doctor was fine...did the exam with an iPad and the help of the nurse.

I saw the staff within 10 minutes and after a thorough exam by Mathew Gorman PA I was on my way home with a diagnosis and meds within 30 minutes. I have been to many urgent cares for myself and my children and LI Urgent is the best.
