Easy Checking In, Friendly Staff, little to no waiting time. Love the apps too, you can see how many is ahead of you aka “waitlist” love the experience. Definitely will come again when there’s urgent care needed.

Everything went smooth and easy, doc was clear and gentle, nurses were kind and friendly. All with the max of professionalism. I really recommend this urgent care!

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Made an appointment and was in and out in an hour. Scheduling was easy, especially since we’ve been there before. Doctors listen and don’t do any unnecessary tests. Glad it was so easy. The hardest thing is finding the place and parking, but the people there are great

I had a stye that was becoming larger and more painful each day. I walked into AM/PM Urgent Care at 8PM and was pleasantly greeted immediately! Check-in was easy and wait time was about 10 minutes. The doctor promptly diagnosed the problem and recommended treatment to resolve. Great experience.

Follow up from last week. Cold symptoms. Became sinus infection. Dr Wolfson is the best. Her and the complete staff is the best. Outstanding customer care across the board.

The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. They showed that they cared. They answered all questions rhat I had. They were all very friendly.

I was impressed with the online scheduling, and availability of location and appointments. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

Promptly checked us in and  took us inside. Competent, caring and helpful. would not hesitate to return there if needed in the future.. I would definitely recommend them.
