I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

The nurses that greeted me were wonderful. They did their jobs and were very nice and helpful. I was seen by the Dr via video. I felt I was treated nicely and got my issues heard. She was attentive and helped me out with medication

Injured myself last night.  Went to Live Urgent Care this morning.  As always quick and easy check in.  Welcoming front desk as always.  Clean rooms. Fantastic nurses and doctors.   Amazing care as always.  Always takes time to listen and explains things in detail.  Won’t go anywhere else.  Thank you LUC! Had a backache and my urine was cloudy so I went turns out I had a uti infection they gave me antibiotics visit was good pa was very nice.

Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

Dr was awesome. Staff very nice as well. Super busy

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!
