Pediatric urgent care near me in Bedford, NY

Went to urgent care, because I had a sore in my nose which was red and swollen and very painful. I went to urgent care, the staff was great, I didn’t have to wait long, the Dr came in she stood at the door way, glanced at my nose, didn’t even look inside and said u have a infection, she spent 30 seconds with me and stood in the doorway, wrote a prescription and left. I will never go back to that center or recommend anyone. I worked at Sloane Kettering for forty two years, I am totally aware how a dr should present herself, she didn’t introduce herself or entered the room and closed the door. No way to present your self to a patient.

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

Notice a mark that looked like a tick bite to me. The spot was examined and the PA consulted with other staff. It appeared more like fungus so a cream was prescribed but I also got a one dose antibiotic just in case it was a tick. I was relieved and agreed to a medical regimen

I had to get my ear irrigated. The doctor was super helpful in getting this done for me. He is very nice and easy to talk to. The secretary is also very helpful and patient. I always have a good experience coming here and leave the office feeling better than when I came in.

The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. They showed that they cared. They answered all questions rhat I had. They were all very friendly.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
