Girls at front desk could use some pointers in professionalism and bedside manner.

I was sick on my birthday but the staff was so nice and friendly it really cheered me up. There were a few people ahead of me but the wait was pretty quick. I was in and out with prescriptions sent to pharmacy within 40 minutes with a Happy Birthday send off!

This is by far one of the best hospital experience I’ve had in this country ,  Great job guys

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

I would definitely recommend it,  it's fast and the people who work there give you the service you need.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

I would  definitely  recommend  I went with  out appoitment  no need wait too long and the staff are very nice.And  the most important  for me they are very helpful  with  my concerns about my health

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.
