Made an 8 am appt. Everything went smoothly. All questions were answered PA and staff on duty was very courteous. Good experience at this location.

Had a backache and my urine was cloudy so I went turns out I had a uti infection they gave me antibiotics visit was good pa was very nice.

Had an infected eye. The Dr. was able to diagnose it and order eye drops and I was cured in 5 days. Great experience !

Staff , nurse and Dr. Chan very professeional and competent. They were calm and empathetic. I would not hesitate to return there .

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

I walked in without appointment for Urgent Care. Office staff, Brittany, was professional and helpful.  The other office person, a male, also professional. The PA examined me, asked questions, gave diagnoses , explanation, treatment plan . I thank you for a positive medical experience.

This DOCS location saved me from having to wait for days for an appointment elsewhere. I was quickly diagnosed with strep, prescribed an antibiotic and I’m now on the road to recovery.  Fantastic!!  One suggestion- the chairs in the waiting room should be cleaned. I didn’t even want to sit in them!

Injured myself last night.  Went to Live Urgent Care this morning.  As always quick and easy check in.  Welcoming front desk as always.  Clean rooms. Fantastic nurses and doctors.   Amazing care as always.  Always takes time to listen and explains things in detail.  Won’t go anywhere else.  Thank you LUC! I recommend you to anyone seeking treatment for all your knowledge and welcomeness and making me feel better.
