I volunteer at the Yonkers animal shelter and was bit by a dog yesterday afternoon. I have two puncture wounds, one of which wouldn’t stop bleeding.  It was extremely painful.  Everyone; from check-in to the nurse and the nurse practitioner were so kind.  I’ve been to this urgent care facility before and highly recommend it.

A most positive experience from ladies at desk to the nurse that took vitals and so carefully later wrapped my injury to the excellent and  kind and calm doctor who examined snd prescribed.  Never before in an urgent care facility have I felt this way!

Began day with blood in urine. Went to urgent care without an appointment. Waited 1/2 hour (reasonable) Nurse took vitals and urine specimen Dr. arrived shortly ordered kidney and bladder ultrasound. Waited 20 min.  (reasonable they were sanitizing the waiting area). Saw Dr. with ultrasound report about 10 minutes after the test. That's how medicine should be practiced.

The staff was very helpful  the care was great it was discovered that I have pneumonia so pretty tired and sleepy to try to try to say more.  Yes Great provider

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!

From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I went to Statcare for rapid test on Monday as someone at work tested positive. I called my insurance before hand and I only had to pay my copay. I was in and out in 25 minutes. I had to wait outside. They called me and gave me my quick test results with in 15 minutes. I got my PCR results yesterday and was happy to hear as they had told me 3-5 days. The staff was friendly and professional and I highly recommend it.
